When Pea’s mum becomes Marina Cove, the author of the bestselling Mermaid Girls books, the lives of Pea and her sisters (Tinkerbell age 7 and Clover age 13) completely change. At Pea’s new school she’s all on her own, with no one to sit in the empty seat beside her. Pea wants to find a new best friend…
I loved the family in this story. Tinkerbell is very cheeky and naughty, Clover is into fashion and the latest trends, and Pea is imaginative. My favourite character is the child next door, but you’ll have to read the book to find out why. I really enjoyed what happened and what Pea discovered. This is the first book in the Pea’s Book series.
I give this book 10 out of 10 as I thought it was brilliant. It’s a long book but it’s fun to read and I recommend it for ages 8 to 11.
Oh I’ve read that
